The picture displays a staged sunrise or sunset. A lamp was placed behind a bed. Because of the overexposure the lamp dissolves and is no longer recongnizable as such.

Die Fotografie zeigt einen inszenierten Sonnenaufgang oder -untergang. Hinter einem Bett wurde dafür eine Leselampe platziert. Durch die Überbelichtung ist die Lampe als solche nicht mehr erkennbar.
